Raymond S. Solano, D.C. grew up in the DC Metro Area and is proud to be a Washingtonian. Dr. Solano completed his undergraduate studies at the American University and graduated from Life University in Atlanta, Georgia where he earned a doctorate degree in Chiropractic Medicine. In addition, Dr. Solano received a post-graduate degree in Sports Medicine from Palmer College of Chiropractic. He is Board Certified and licensed in the Commonwealth by the Virginia Board of Medicine.
Dr. Solano founded Solano Spine & Sport Chiropractic in 2003 and since then has been featured in the Washington Post and Washingtonian Magazine as a top expert in the treatment of musculoskeletal conditions. He gives frequent presentations on health and wellness to local schools, groups, and businesses. His practice philosophy includes utilizing a treatment plan that is unique to each patient which may include manipulation, physiotherapy techniques, manual therapies, and rehabilitative instruction.
Dr. Solano has a special interest in sports biomechanics and managing sports related injuries. In addition to maintaining his private practice, he has served as a recommended provider to some of the areas top athletes.
