Hip Pain

Whether you are climbing stairs, simply getting out of bed, or running, your hip joint is extremely important for overall function. The hip is a ball and socket joint that allows for wide range of motion, thereby opening itself to a variety of injuries.

As a complex collection of cartilage, ligaments, tendons, and muscles, the hip endures the shocks of daily living but is also vulnerable to athletic injury.

Common hip conditions include:

  • Bursitis
  • Tendonitis
  • Arthritis
  • Sprains and strains
  • Piriformis syndrome
  • Labral tears
  • Fractures

If you have intermittent pains, tingling, or progressive weakness, we can investigate and begin a plan of care to get you better, faster.
